The Assessment criteria are delineated in detail on the assessment checklists. The QWMS Assessment Committee reserves the right to include other assessment factors and criteria as it deems fit. 

Financial situation of merchant is not under the scope of assessment.  

Meanwhile, merchants are expected to meet all requirements stipulated under Section 9 and shall not commit any acts described under Section 6.9 during the qualification period as conditions for maintaining the QWM qualification.

In the event of complaints, QWM concerned are expected to cooperate with the QWMS Assessment Committee in its discharge of the investigation duties, either in the form of notified or unannounced visits.  When a merchant decides to appeal, the merchant is obligated to prove to the satisfaction of the QWMS Assessment Committee that the merchant has met all requirements stipulated under Section 8 and has not committed any acts described under Section 6.9.

The QWMS Assessment Committee has the right to extend the period within which the merchant is expected to complete the prescribed remedial actions provided that reasonable grounds are given for such extension and that the merchant shall complete the prescribed remedial actions within the extended period.

Application Process
Step 1. Fulfill application requirement.
Step 2. Obtain application kit.
Step 3. Complete the application form and return the completed form together with the administration annual fee, business registration and other supporting documents to the office of ESDlife Quality Wedding Merchant Scheme.
