QWM are obligated to fulfill the terms and conditions set out by ESD Services Limited at any time, which may be renewed and revised from time to time, and the QWM hereby agree as follows to:

• Endeavor to improve the quality of their services;
• nsure employees understand and observe the assessment criteria, scheme rules and terms and conditions;
• Adhere to the guidelines for the use of QWMS decals, the use of QWMS logos and the instructions for the display of QWMS certificates, decals and promotion materials;
• Extend full cooperation to the QWMS Assessment Committee to resolve any complaints as soon as possible;
• Abide by all rulings of the QWMS Assessment Committee;
• Ensure that prices are fair and reflect the value of the products and services provided;
• Follow the legislative requirements and rules in relation to the business and its operation, including but not limited to the following:
  • Possess valid business licences and permits required for its business;
  • Obtain all licences and permits required for the operation of its business;
  • Compliance with relevant safety and hygiene regulations;
  • No counterfeit products are sold;
  • No violation of intellectual property rights;
  • No misrepresentation in product information, promotion and advertising materials.

ESD Services Limited reserves the right to make alterations to any of the terms and conditions without prior notice to any merchants.
